Our eighth grade Class of 2019 is collecting plastic caps and lids to have them recycled and turned into a bench to give back to St. John's School for their class gift. They need 250 lbs. of plastic caps and lids in order to meet their goal. Once the caps are collected, our eighth graders will weigh them and a group will take them to the Green Tree Plastics Company in Evansville, Indiana, along with a check to cover the manufacturing cost of the bench (which is between $250-$300 depending on the size of the bench). They will bring the bench home that day and place an engraved plate on it saying something like "Gift from the 8th Grade Class of 2019". So we are asking for everyone's help!!! PLEASE CLICK ON THIS ARTICLE TO ACCESS A LINK THAT WILL LIST THE ACCEPTABLE TYPE OF CAPS AND LIDS.

Notice Lincoln's professional attire...he always wears a necktie to work.
