Our 2016 - 2017 Bible Bowl Team members, Ava C, Adelaide L, and Luke J, participated in the Super Bible Bowl hosted by St. Ignatius on Thursday, January 12. These three students did a fantastic job tackling questions from the ten books of Scripture selected for this year’s competition. They performed commendably earning second place in the qualifying round and second place in the final round. We are very proud of them. Way to go team!
In addition to recognizing our team for the great job they did, we would like to thank Jonathan Eichold, seminarian assigned at St. John Neumann, for giving of his time and effort as an assistant coach. Jonathan came to work with us on Mondays during lunch and on Wednesdays after school. He even joined us for a 3 ½ hour practice session during Christmas break.
