The Pregnancy Center West would like to thank all the students of St. John the Baptist School and the parishes of St. John Neumann, Corpus Christi and St. John the Baptist who generously donated so many baby items and money in the baby bottles for our center during Catholic Schools Week. The total money counted this year was $537.09!
The baby items will keep the center’s “Earn While You Learn” shop nicely stocked so that moms and dads can pick out what they need and purchase them with “baby bucks.” Clients earn baby bucks by participating in DVD lessons with volunteers, which help new parents learn helpful parenting and life skills. Some items will also be given to participants in the center’s 6-week-long parenting classes.
