A big thank you to Valerie Woebkenberg, author of the "Miles Across America" children's book series, for visiting St. John's during our Right to Read Week celebration. Mrs. Woebkenberg shared her story of "Miles' First Flight" and discussed the historical elements of the book as well as the process of writing and illustrating a children's book.
